Power Electronics Engineer

As an Power Electronics Engineer at Ailit, you’ll design and prototype the high-voltage architecture behind our next-generation SuperWagon and locomotive platforms.

You’ll work on everything from inverter systems and cooling loops to grid interfaces and charging logic shaping the electrical foundation of the world’s largest swappable battery system.

• Design high-voltage systems (800-1500 V) for traction and energy storage.
• Integrate cooling, inverter, and control systems with mechanical and software teams.
• Validate electrical safety and compliance for rail standards.
• Support prototype builds, instrumentation, and field testing.
• Develop charging and battery swap interfaces.

• Have experience with EV, aerospace, or rail electrical systems.
• Are passionate about high-voltage design, power electronics, and sustainability.
• Enjoy bridging theory with hands-on testing and prototyping.
• Understand how safety, efficiency, and manufacturability interact.
